Serving in the dual capacity of Chief Communication Officer and Lead Designer for Second Life e.V., I led a multidisciplinary team, including designers, communication specialists, HR, PR, and social media managers, to develop a high-fidelity digital platform that translates humanitarian values into a professional, user-centric brand narrative. This project centers on a sustainable design system that ensures continuous strategic growth, bridging organizational objectives with a high-impact visual presence that maintains long-term aesthetic longevity.
By integrating strategic brand leadership with technical execution and team management, I successfully established a digital identity that enhances stakeholder perception and drives meaningful engagement through clear, goal-oriented communication
Case Study Details
The Problem: Managing 'visual noise' and fragmented messaging across various departments to create a singular, professional institutional voice.
The Approach: Implementing a strategic media system where I oversaw the production of social media, PR, and internal HR communications to ensure every touchpoint reinforced the same high-end brand perception.
Strategic Longevity: Created a modular communication framework that allows future teams to scale the NGO's digital presence without losing its core strategic identity.
