For the I Balkan Conference, I led the development of the summit’s digital identity, managing the communication strategy for a multi-national network including Türkiye, Bulgaria, Croatia, Moldova, Romania, Serbia, and Ukraine. My primary objective was to neutralize 'visual noise' by developing a sustainable design system that integrated disparate organizational needs into a singular, professional brand narrative.
By prioritizing user-centric storytelling across all digital touchpoints, I ensured the Ankara 2026 summit maintained a high-velocity presence that effectively communicated leadership values to a global audience. This project demonstrates my expertise in strategic digital infrastructure, creating long-term brand longevity through a scalable visual framework that adapts to complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Case Study DetailsThe Problem: Managing brand fragmentation across seven national chapters to ensure a professional, unified perception of the summit.
The Approach: Implementing a centralized communication system that allowed individual nations to contribute while adhering to a high-impact, professional visual standard.
Strategic Longevity: Created a modular framework designed for continuous use, providing a sustainable template system that can be adapted for future international conferences without losing brand momentum.
